Position Overview
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
