Spokane Massage is a locally owned and operated massage and wellness clinic founded in 2010. We specialize in client-focused, treatment-based massage therapy for both private pay and insurance-based clientele. We’re looking for a friendly and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to provide massage therapy for a variety of clientele through individualized care that focuses on pain relief, relaxation, and long-term wellness. Experience with treatment-based modalities and medical charting is a plus, but also able to train the right candidate as needed.

This position is flexible—perfect for therapists seeking full-time hours or a part-time schedule that supports balance and self-care.

• $35–$45 per hour base pay plus tips and commission, depending on experience

• Provide professional, treatment-based massage therapy or relaxation massage based on client needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential HIPAA compliant chart notes
• Create a clean, calm, welcoming environment for each session
• Collaborate with a caring, professional team
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing education

• Valid Washington State Massage Therapy License (LMT)
• Strong skills in deep tissue and treatment-based modalities
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs for treatment
• Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Knowledgeable in pain management practices to assist clients effectively
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Credentialed with insurances (Kaiser, Premera, etc.) is preferred but not required. We will facilitate the credentialing process.
