Compensation
Hourly Wage for Spokane: $21

- Paid time and mileage between care shifts
- Mileage reimbursements while on shift
- Ability to arrive and depart work on time
- Flexibility with working hours
- Provide care in clients' homes, including traveling between client homes
- Ability to perform light housekeeping (bending and stooping)
- Comfortable around animals (if applicable)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs (mandatory)
- Dedication and commitment to the care shifts accepted
- Provide longevity and independence within our care community
- Strong communication skills
- Active Washington HCA/CNA certification (legal requirement)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a care setting
- Ability to perform grocery shopping for clients (mandatory)
