Overview

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care at Teladoc Health. As a Staff Registered Dietitian, you will provide personalized nutrition plans and medical nutrition therapy through virtual visits on the Teladoc platform, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.

• Patient‑Facing Support (85%) – deliver virtual nutrition services via audio/video, assess health status, develop personalized plans, provide education, use Teladoc resources, refer to specialists, collaborate with internal and external customers, ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Case Documentation (10%) – complete accurate records within 24 hours of each visit.
• Other Duties (5%) – perform additional responsibilities as assigned; time may shift with business needs.

• Active RD or LDN license in Washington, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Utah, Nevada, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
• Master’s degree in science or related health specialty (unless RD/RDN license obtained before Jan
  12024).
• Minimum 2years of independent licensed RD/RDN experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written communication; ability to build rapport in virtual settings.
• Knowledge of ADIME process for documentation.

Base salary $70,000 annually. Eligible for performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility). Total compensation varies with position type, location, education, experience, and certifications.

• 8 hours of PTO per semi‑monthly pay period.
• 80 hours of paid sick, safe, and caregiver leave annually.
• Eligible for standard Teladoc benefits package.
