Clinical Massage Therapist – Applied Health Associates Certified Head-to-Toe care

AHA is a medium sized clinic offering chiropractic, massage and functional rehab for 28 years in Spokane, WA. We work hard to keep our community well in a fun and professional clinic on the South Hill!

Opportunities for 3-5 days, am/pm shifts, Mon-Sat.

• 12-20 massages/wk:
  Benefits include retirement plan match of 3%, $250 continuing ed, paid license and malpractice insurance, sick leave, complimentary chiropractic and discount supplements.
• 20+ massages/wk:
  All of the above and increased continuing ed to $500, 9 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO.
• 30+ hours add eligibility for medical benefits.

• Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to address clients’ specific needs and preferences.
• Assess clients’ medical history and conditions to determine the most appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans (our clients offer a balance of wellness and injury treatment).
• Provide exceptional patient service by creating a comfortable, clean and relaxing environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, treatment plans, and progress notes via touchscreen charting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the clinic regarding collaborative care for the patients.

• Valid WA state massage therapy license.
• Proven excellence in performing deep tissue massage and other therapeutic techniques.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to adapt massage techniques to accommodate clients’ specific needs and preferences.
• Professionalism and integrity in maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Pay DOE: $32.78 – $39.85 per hour.
