Responsibilities
Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the Phlebotomist obtains accurate and reliable blood and body fluid specimens from properly identified adult and/or pediatric patients. Identifies phlebotomy difficulties, defines appropriate solutions and coordinates resources. Maintains outstanding relationships with client and technical staff.
Qualifications- Completion of a phlebotomy program administered by an accredited postsecondary school or college or a phlebotomy training program or equivalent education or experience.
- Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire.
- 6 months of phlebotomy experience.

CompensationPay range: $17.97 - $26.92 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
