This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Part‑time: 1 day per week within Monday – Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible, onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
Coverage area includes Spokane, Washington.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation is fee for service (FFS). Estimated compensation range: $29,251 to $35,101 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Washington state license as a PMHNP‑C or Psych PA‑C.
- Active DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PMHNP or Psych PA.
- Experience with older adults or post‑acute care preferred.
