This Clinical Supervisor role is designed for a licensed clinician who wants to lead where care is delivered, supporting teams, guiding through complex situations, and shaping how integrated care reaches people who need it most.

This is not traditional clinical work. You will support teams providing care across:

• A youth shelter serving young people in crisis
• A young adult shelter focused on stability and independence
• A women-only medical respite program supporting recovery after hospitalization
• Permanent supportive housing programs across the community
• Transitional housing programs serving veterans

Our programs are low barrier and fast-moving. At times the environment can be unpredictable, challenging, and stressful. • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and consultation to behavioral health staff
• Support teams working directly in shelters, supportive housing, and community programs
• Guide staff through complex, high acuity, and crisis situations
• Strengthen trauma-informed and person-centered practices across programs
• Partner with program leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Support documentation quality, clinical standards, and regulatory compliance
• Help build and strengthen integrated behavioral health services across the organization
• Develop staff skills, confidence, and clinical decision-making

• Licensed as a clinical social worker or mental health therapist eligible to practice in Washington State
• Minimum of 2 years of experience post full licensure
• Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision to other clinicians
• Experience working with individuals impacted by mental health, substance use, or housing instability
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to support staff in complex and unpredictable environments
• Experience providing supervision, mentorship, or staff development

• Experience working in shelters, housing programs, medical respite, or other community-based settings
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health care models
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with electronic health records or HMIS systems
