This Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) contract position is based in an adult inpatient medical unit and focuses on discharge coordination and planning at a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center.

• Perform adult inpatient medical unit discharge coordination and planning.
• Float between units as required.

• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license required Washington State licensure required (WA LIC LCSW).
