• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage in stimulating conversation.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable personal transportation, a valid Washington State driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Be willing to obtain a Home Care Worker certification within the required timeframe.
• Pass a criminal history and reference check.

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
