Job Requirements- Ability to arrive and depart work on time
- Flexibility with working hours
- Travel between home care shifts (within client homes)
- Ability to perform light housekeeping (bending and stooping)
- Comfortable around animals, if applicable
- Ability to lift 30 lbs (mandatory)
- Commitment to accepted care shifts
- Provide longevity and independence within the care community
- Strong communication skills
- Active Washington HCA/CNA certification (legal requirement)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a care setting
- Assist with grocery shopping or client assistance (mandatory)
