Patient Services Specialist 3 – UW Medicine Montlake Radiology Services Work Schedule

• Full-time Days
• Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• 100% remote

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging.
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments.
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
• Other duties as requested.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when legal requirements apply.

Pay Range Minimum: $21.63 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $30.91 hourly
