Part Time Phlebotomist

Position

Part Time Phlebotomist – Spokane, WA

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

• Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License.
• 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• 6+ months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy (preferred).

• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Pay Range: $17.75 – $27.69 per hour. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program available for eligible PSTs.

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible for the 401(k) plan. Employees working a 7 on/7 off schedule qualify for all benefits except PTO/FTO.
