• Provide one‑on‑one personal in‑home care focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Work day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Receive bonus pay for certain holidays
• Earn increased pay as you accumulate every 500 hours of service during the first year

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable car
• Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification in Washington state
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night, evening, weekend, short and long shifts
• Awareness of COVID‑19 protocols and willingness to use PPE supplied by the company
