Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician, the Rehabilitation Aide provides direct and/or indirect assistance in patient care delivery and assists with maintaining a clean and orderly department environment. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful, and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors and to represent the hospital positively at all times.
QualificationsRequired
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
Preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working in a patient care environment (home care, nursing home, hospital)
Hourly wage range: $17.25 – $22.91. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
