Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Implement interventions across various settings and participate in discharge planning and follow-up care.
Qualifications & Skills- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- WA Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
