What You'll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, and mobility

Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry

Providing medication reminders and observing changes in a client's condition

Offering companionship, conversation, and encouragement throughout the day

Documenting care provided and communicating important updates to the care team

What We're Looking For

Completion of a Home Care Aide (HCA) program or equivalent training and willing to obtain HCA

At least six months of caregiving, home health, hospice, or facility experience preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Strong communication skills and comfort using electronic care notes

Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others
