- Shift / Schedule: Day (4x10 Hours), 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (7:00 17:30)

This contract Allied Health role is a first-time placement at a Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center in Spokane, WA. The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) will provide mental health and crisis services across the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room, working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on a Day shift schedule.
If overstaffed, the clinician may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties.
- Conduct crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics in the Emergency Department setting
- Provide clinical social work services across the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room
- Work every other weekend, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on the Day shift )
- Float to Holy Family Hospital to perform the same duties if overstaffed at the primary location
- Must hold full licensure an associate license will not suffice
- Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker
- Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
- Hospital experience preferred
- WA LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license required full licensure only; an associate license will not suffice
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker accepted
