Physical Therapist Role Overview

Provide patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.

• Assess referred patients' medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Establish and modify treatment programs based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Set realistic goals and document patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passage.
• Graduation from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Current state license or active application process.
• CPR certification.

Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, provide therapy interventions, and coordinate with healthcare teams to achieve patient rehabilitation goals.
