Massage Therapist – Providence Medical Park

Location: Spokane Valley, WA

Schedule: Part Time, Day Shift, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities: Under general direction from the Rehabilitation Services Manager, therapists treat clients by using touch to manipulate the soft‑tissue muscles of the body. Services include relieving pain, aiding rehabilitation of injuries, improving circulation, reducing stress, increasing relaxation and supporting overall wellness. Therapists are expected to actively participate as a member of the health‑care team and maintain a pleasant, respectful, and courteous demeanor toward patients, families, staff, and visitors, always representing the hospital positively.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Massage Therapy
• Washington Licensed Massage Therapist
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• 2 years of Massage Therapy experience

• Experience working with acute injuries or injured workers population
• Experience with L&I, Workers Comp patients
• Certification in manual therapy, strain‑counter strain, myofascial release
