Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant; MA-C - Urgent Care

Position Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is an opportunity to perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope. The role collaborates with clinicians, front office staff, and management to ensure best practices, deliver excellent patient service, and assist in clinic management.

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.

• Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C) or interim certification acceptable up to one year.
• Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through training.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility preferred.
• Exceptions for applicants in externship or residency with active or pending WA DOH MA‑R certification within 7 days of hire; WA‑C license within 45 days of hire.
• Idaho State Requirements:
  Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT.
• WA state MA‑C license or WA state MA‑R license endorsed by Indigo within the first 30 days of employment.

• Base hourly rate with pay range $22.34 – $32.14 USD.
• Unique earning potentials

  • $2.50/hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked.
  • $1.75/hour X‑Ray Certification Premium for employees certified in X‑ray.
  • $1.25/hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts.
