Home Caregiver (Beacon Hill and Federal Way, WA)

$22.67 to $27.61 per hour DOE, prior certifications.

Paid training and certifications; medical, dental, vision care for employees working 20+ hours per week; additional benefits for full- and part-time team members.

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, restroom and hygiene, dressing).
• Help with shopping, housework, and other tasks.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English. Additional languages preferred.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions.
• Ability to work with clients of any gender.
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home (personal vehicle preferred).
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.
