Clinical Registrar

Description

Under the general direction and daily guidance of the Lead Tumor Registry, the Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) supports the Cancer Committee Chair, Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, and medical staff, assuming responsibility for multiple registry assignments related to the function of the Tumor Registry Department.

• National Oncology Data Specialist – National Cancer Registrars Association upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of Tumor Registry experience.
• Experience with Tumor Registry software.

• Associate’s Degree in Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Registered Health Information Technician – American Health Information Management Association upon hire.
• Certification note:
  Certified Tumor Registrar from National Cancer Registrars Association changed to Oncology Data Specialist on 01/01/2024.

The base pay range for this position is $25.28 – $38.68 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
