$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Pay based on experience, certification, and qualifications.

Personal Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting daily activities and mobility needs
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients
• Delivering exceptional in-home care services with compassion and professionalism

Caregiver Qualifications

• HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification preferred but not required
• No certification? We will pay for your training
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
• Successful completion of a drug screen and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, energetic, and compassionate
• Strong desire to help seniors and individuals in need
