What You'll Do:
Provide urgent care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric in an on‑call setting that serves 100–150 patients daily. Assist physicians, nurses, and allied health staff in delivering patient care, stabilize patients, and safely transfer those requiring emergent care to the main hospital emergency department.
Schedule & CompensationCasual / On‑call (non‑benefit eligible). Must work a minimum of 48 open shifts within a six‑week scheduling period, from 7a.m.to10p.m., with variable shift lengths. Variable shift, weekend, and holiday differentials apply, starting pay of $18.63 per hour or higher based on experience.
What You'll Need:- High School Diploma or equivalency
- National Registry Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (NREMT) or Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT‑B)
- Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
- Prior work experience in an emergency or pre‑hospital setting
