As a Speech-Language Pathologist II, you will provide evaluation and treatment services for children ages birth to five with speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing needs.

You’ll:

• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy tailored to each child's strengths and needs
• Coach parents, caregivers, and family members to support skill development in everyday routines
• Complete developmental evaluations and make recommendations using evidence-based assessment tools
• Collaborate closely with developmental specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and families
• Participate in IFSP development and implementation within Washington's Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program
• Support seamless transitions into preschool and other community services
• Utilize best practices, including AAC assessment and implementation when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
• Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children with developmental delays or disabilities
• Early Intervention/ESIT experience
• Experience with AAC evaluations, funding justifications, implementation, and caregiver training
