Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

Pay & Benefits$30‑45/hour, DOE (corresponding PPV rate).

What You’ll Do- Deliver skilled, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
- Support and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and motivate patients and caregivers toward recovery goals.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Current Washington State PTA license (or eligibility prior to start date).
- One to two years of experience as a PTA; home health experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.
