Respiratory Care Practitioner - Float

We are hiring multiple Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) or Respiratory Therapists (RT) for full-time night shifts. In this role, you will demonstrate expertise in contemporary respiratory therapy principles, collaborate with physicians and nurses to plan and implement patient care, operate complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring and resuscitation devices, and conduct patient assessments and diagnostic procedures.

• Assist with respiratory therapy delivery, maintaining equipment, and performing patient care functions within your qualifications. Completion of department and unit-specific orientation is required.

• Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• American Heart Association BLS certification

• Knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare team members
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
