Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Care Coordinator for housing support services across households connected to MTG and ESH transitions. You will coordinate care plans, assist with housing placements, and partner with local agencies to promote personal independence.
Qualified candidates will have a BA in Psychology or Social Work, at least two years in direct mental health treatment, and the ability to navigate complex care networks while adhering to HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
