Hospital Hiring Bonus for RNs
Our client hospital is offering up to $20000 as a hiring bonus for eligible external RN hires who meet all conditions for payment. This is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment! This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents. Our client Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care.
Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development, and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.
Available types of positions include:
- 20 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible.
- 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible.
- 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible.
- 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible.
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible.
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible.
- 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible.
- 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible.
- 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible.
- 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Night shift bonus eligible.
- 36 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible.
- 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Day shift bonus eligible.
- Per-diem/Oncall, Variable shifts.
Required qualifications for RN/Registered Nurse:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire; this card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider) OR
- client (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider) OR
- Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.
Required qualifications &
Experience:
- Staff RN/Registered Nurse: 1 year Nursing Experience.
- Experience Required for Fellow RN: 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire.
- Experience Required for Resident RN:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
