Pay & Benefits

Pay Package: $51.28/hour (blended rate including non-taxed per diem)
Weekly Compensation: Approximately $1,846 per week (Traveler Pay)

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting
Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Follow facility protocols and respond promptly to patient needs

What You Need
Required:

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
BLS certification
At least 1 year of prior RT experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Previous hospital-based respiratory experience
Ability to work night shifts comfortably
