Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Deliver compassionate, consistent care as a professional Caregiver

Caregiver Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Dependable, honest, and caring personality
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
