Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is actively seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Caregiver professionals for both full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Caregiver who is passionate about providing high-quality in-home care and building strong relationships with clients and families.
Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)

As a Personal Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide medication reminders as needed
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
- Deliver compassionate, consistent care as a professional Caregiver
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, honest, and caring personality
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
