Caregiver Position at Right at Home Spokane

Right at Home Spokane is looking for compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we provide the training, support, and resources you need to succeed.

Pay: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience and certification

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Light housekeeping and household assistance
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and social engagement
• Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications:

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
• Paid training available for qualified applicants
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
