Schedule:
Enjoy standard Monday through Friday scheduling - Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with brand-new, modern imaging and radiation oncology systems to deliver state-of-the-art patient treatments.
- Onboarding Lead Time: Paid onboarding and specialized training begin in Late Fall 2026, giving you plenty of runway to feel fully prepared and confident before our Grand Opening on January 11, 2027.
- Leadership & Team Mentorship: Lead, train, and schedule radiation therapy staff while managing department workflows, payroll, and resource allocations.
- Operations & QA Management: Oversee machine maintenance, daily activity capture, and comprehensive department quality assurance protocols.
- Compliance & Policy: Maintain radiation oncology policies in strict alignment with OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, and NRC regulations.
- Clinical Excellence: Construct immobilization devices, operate advanced imaging systems for precise tumor localization, and deliver high-standard treatment plans in collaboration with Radiation Oncologists.
- Carepath & MIPS: Coordinate Carepath physics/dosimetry workflows and oversee RO MIPS reporting to ensure clinical precision and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program;
Bachelor’s degree required. - Certifications: Active ARRT (T) certification and BLS required. Valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure required prior to start date.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist. At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Skills:
Proficient in EMR systems, treatment planning software, radiation safety principles, and clinical QA procedures.
- Competitive Pay: $106,000 – $127,000 annually based on experience.

The Chief Radiation Therapist will be responsible for training, competency assessment and annual review of the radiation therapist staff.

- Train, supervise and evaluate the radiation therapy staff and oversee staff schedule.
