Licensed Mental Health Therapist

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients and their families
• Provide therapy in a safe, non-judgmental environment
• Deliver high-quality therapy, including evidence-based practices when possible
• Complete intakes for clients accessing services
• Collaborate with the VIEW team to enhance client care
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and updates
• Review client progress and provide ongoing therapy
• Assist in developing recovery-focused initiatives and programs
• Contribute to evaluating and improving VIEW services
• Work across virtual and in-person programs based on program or agency needs

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field
• Licensed and certified through the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT;
  Associates required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Empathy and ability to build trust with clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals
• Dedication to reducing stigma surrounding mental health and substance use
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be local to the Spokane area
• Willingness and ability to work in virtual and in-person programs based on program or agency need
