Clinical Supervisor, LICSW – Part-time

Responsible for supervising four LICSWA associates, with the following expectations:

• Provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for each associate
• Second sign all clinical documentation completed by the associates, ensuring alignment with Excelsior Wellness quality standards and clinical best practices
• Attend a monthly check-in with the Director of Clinical Services to discuss associate progress, clinical concerns, and developmental needs
• The estimated time commitment is approximately 3–4 hours per associate per week, which includes documentation review and signing, individual supervision, and the monthly Director meeting.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure through the Washington State Department of Health as an LICSW.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Practical experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of diverse service delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for making a difference in the lives of youth with serious mental health diagnoses.

Demonstrates expertise in clinical supervision, evidence‑based therapeutic modalities, and diverse service delivery models while effectively engaging with youth facing serious mental health challenges. Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and maintains licensure as an LICSW in Washington State.
