Key responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist:
Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures
Support the surgical team with instruments and supplies
Maintain sterility during surgical procedures
Help position patients for surgery
Manage specimens and equipment post-surgery
Requirements of the Surgical Technologist:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist
Current state licensure
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting
