Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) with weekend coverage required (1 weekend per month).

The Occupational Therapist will work in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing essential therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions. This role requires the candidate to float between units and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.

• Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care OT experience preferred.
• Current BLS and NBCOT certifications required.
• Valid state license must be in hand at submission.
