Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsible for ensuring that billed claims are in compliance with federal and state and payer requirements.
Complete the billing of all payers
Handle and resolve all billing, follow up and denial issues.
Manage Accounts Receivable.
Manage statements and monthly aging reports.
Performs pre-billing audits as necessary.
Assist families and residents with Medicaid questions, applications and eligibility reviews.
Utilize multiple electronic billing, medial retrieval systems and payer websites.
Answer and research all billing inquiries.
Provide customer service and answers phone calls as necessary.
May perform additional duties as assigned.
Monitors status of payer contracts and completes credentialing paperwork as directed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)- A minimum of 2- 4 years related billing or collections experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
