Location: Spokane Valley
United Health Group's Spokane Valley home health position seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients across Stevens and Pend Orielle counties, including Chewelah and Newport. You will evaluate mobility, endurance and pain, then plan and execute interventions to improve well-being and independence.
Responsibilities include developing plans of care, communicating with the care team, and documenting progress for each visit.
