Location: Spokane Valley
Spokane Valley Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess and plan care for home health patients across Stevens and Pend Orielle counties. You will evaluate functional status, design treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve mobility and well-being while documenting progress.
Required are a Washington Physical Therapy license and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
