Tap Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Care Practitioner to join the Central ICU/CICU Float Group at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. In this high-acuity role, you'll provide advanced respiratory therapy to critically ill patients across multiple intensive care units, including the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and uphold the highest standards of respiratory care.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced respiratory therapy to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs, including the Cardiac ICU, in a float-group arrangement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of respiratory care and patient safety.
- Coursework or training sufficient to meet certification, licensure, or registration requirements.
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree. - 1-2 years of experience in respiratory therapy or a related clinical environment.
