What You'll Get

Professional autonomy to organize your workweek around client care, treatment planning, and documentation

Focus on clients! - Dedicated admin team for intake, authorization, and billing support

You're never on your own. Collaborate with experienced clinical leaders and fellow BCBAs through regular clinical round tables

Work alongside SLPs, OTs, and Behavior Technicians in a truly interdisciplinary team

Build lasting relationships with children and families as they achieve meaningful milestones

Help shape the future. Share ideas, contribute to program growth, and make a real impact within our nonprofit organization

What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community providers
  • Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
  • Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings

What You Need

  • Active BCBA® certification
  • Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to children and families
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation for local travel

Pay & Benefits

  • $31.81 - $35.00
