Schedule: Part-time to start | Approximately 10 hours per week, 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours and transition to full-time as the practice grows
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Dynamic Spine and Pain Institute is excited to add a Medical Receptionist to our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in a medical office environment or for an experienced healthcare professional looking for a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
No prior medical office experience is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, can multitask in a busy environment, and has a strong interest in working in healthcare.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of our front office team, you will:
- Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Verify insurance and assist with patient registration and intake
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate with patients, providers, and other members of the care team
- Assist with general front office and administrative duties
