Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and groups experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in a co-occurring mental health and substance abuse setting. The ideal candidate will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients in achieving improved mental wellness and quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and professional development activities.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $74,396.00 per year
