Laboratory Technologist
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technologist to perform accurate laboratory testing and provide reliable results that support diagnosis, treatment, and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens.
- Prepare, process, analyze, and verify specimens according to established procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Review test results for accuracy and report critical or abnormal findings appropriately.
- Perform quality control testing and follow laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field preferred.
- Current ASCP or equivalent certification as applicable.
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing methods, quality control, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.
