- Monitor residents' nutritional needs and progress
- Collaborate with nurses, therapy staff, providers, and dietary services
- Support compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards
- Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff and residents
- Help improve resident health, wellness, and quality outcomes
- Registered Dietitian credential
- Clinical nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of long-term care or rehabilitation settings
- Passion for improving resident health and well-being
