We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently, demonstrating a strong understanding of ultrasound principles.
The role involves applying non-ionizing ultrasonic waves to patients, utilizing judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to deliver accurate imaging results.
The technologist promotes teamwork and aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications Include- Completion of an accredited education program meeting ARDMS prerequisites.
- Certification as a National Registered Technologist in Sonography or equivalent from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience assisting with OB procedures such as CVS, PUBS, and amniocentesis.
- Familiarity with electronic medical databases like Epic.
Conducting ultrasound exams, exercising independent judgment, and ensuring quality imaging.
Fostering collaboration within the healthcare team and maintaining professional standards.
Complying with safety and procedural protocols to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
