Location: Spokane Valley

The Double Tree by Hilton Seattle Airport is looking for their next Front Office Supervisor! If you’re looking to take the next step in your hospitality journey this is the right direction where you will be gaining experience leading an amazing team!

Our 850‑room Hotel is right off Route 99, next to Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport. It’s 15 miles from Downtown Seattle and the Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director of Front Office operations and be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations.

  • Minimum 1 year of Front Desk Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Supervisory Experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Hilton Systems Knowledge a plus

Shift Pattern
:
Full availability to work various shifts, potential overnight shifts as needed

Hourly Rate
:
Starting probationary rate will be $25.53 and after 90 days rate will be $27.95.

Key Responsibilities

Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures, including guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability. Additionally:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
