Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, strong work ethic, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work overnight shifts. This position is part-time to full-time and requires flexible scheduling, including overnight work 10:30 PM–7:30 AM.

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed
• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about room rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information
• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests; distribute keys and room assignments; record credit card information
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready

• Experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Proficiency in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
• Must be able to work overnight shift 10:30 PM–7:30 AM
